Today marks a significant milestone for Repair Cafe Wales as we unveil our exciting new 5-year strategy, which has been shaped by voices from across our network.
At its core, our strategy focuses on:

Growing and supporting our network: a repair cafe for every community in Wales

Youth engagement: fostering skills, innovation, and responsible consumption in our future fixers

Behaviour change: inspiring a mindset shift, making repair the default choice for end-of-life products. Removing barriers to repair and ensuring everyone has access, feels valued, and can thrive in our repair cafés

Right to Repair Movement: championing change that ensures products are easy and affordable to repair, better access to spare parts, and increased consumer rights.
